We do not guarantee that any particular number of contractors will contact you, that a quote will be provided, or that any contractor will be available in your area. Nothing on this website is a representation about a contractor's qualifications, licensing, insurance or workmanship.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for evaluating any contractor who contacts you, including confirming their credentials, insurance, references and written contract terms before hiring. You are under no obligation to hire anyone.

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to submit it, including any property details.
